We want you to love your Salt Water Sandals, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your sandals are tried on on a carpeted surface to maintain their pristine condition for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Sandals

  Place the unworn sandals back in their original shoe box and secure them inside a mailing bag or outer shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
